Financial Policy

Payments, Fees, and Memberships

  1. Members agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for their selected membership up front at registration.

  2. Late or returned payments may be subject to additional fees. 

  3. Accepted Payment methods: Cash, Checks, Venmo, Visa, MC, Amex, Discover

All Athlete Performance Training Packages

  1. Session-based: purchase is for a certain number of sessions and once sessions are used, you must renew your membership before attending any more sessions.

  2. Sessions will expire after Six (6) Weeks. Once sessions expire, you must renew your membership before attending any more sessions.

  3. Sessions may be put on hold due to athlete illness/injury or their sport season starts.

    1.  Holds on sessions are for a maximum of six (6) months from date of purchase.

    2. Written documentation from a medical provider must be submitted.

  4. If two (2) sessions are attended without payment, the credit/debit card on file will be charged for the same membership previously purchased.

All Adult and College Athlete Performance Memberships

  1. Memberships are monthly memberships and must be renewed each month regardless if all sessions have been used.

  2. Memberships will only be put on hold for illness or injury.

    1. Written documentation from a medical provider must be submitted.

  3. If two (2) sessions are attended without payment, the credit/debit card on file will be charged for the same membership previously purchased.

Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to MADE Strength.

  2. Refunds, if applicable, will be prorated (based on sessions used) and processed within one (1) business day of request.
